039 – Make Money Online with Pat Flynn
In this episode we welcome Pat Flynn from the Smart Passive Income blog.
Pat shares with us how he started a blog to keep track of the notes he was putting together in preparation for the Leed Exam. Pat explains that he had been writing for a while before he even knew that he was getting so much traffic. He installed an analytics plugin and he found out he was getting over 4,000 visits a month to his blog. Someone in his mastermind group suggested he write an eBook and sell it from his site. Pat made over $8,000.00 the first month he sold the eBook on his site.
Pat takes us through the story of how he created an audio product to sell in combination with his eBook and how that seemed to be the final piece of the Green Exam Academy monetary strategy.
