036 – Can’t Buy Me Loyalty
In this week’s show I discuss an article from the New York Times where the writer has decided that employee loyalty is financially driven and the goal of a business owner is to pay just enough to keep the employees around, but not so much that it hurts your business.
This is something I just can’t buy into. Loyalty is a personality trait and not one that, generally speaking, is up for sale.
HERE is the article we discussed.
I mentioned the episode I did with Brent Green where we discussed personalities.
I also mentioned the show I did called Employee Shuffle where I shared my opinion on an article by the same writer.
As always thank you Howard Sheppard for this week’s Life Beyond The Assembly Line sales tip!
