034 – Communicate Like A Pro
In this episode I share the good, bad and ugly of communicating using email. Email can be a form of communication that makes you look like a pro or a heel. I know because I’ve been on both sides of the equation. In this episode I share some of the dumb stuff I have seen and done over the years when it comes to email correspondence.
I encourage you to stop using IE (Internet Explorer) and start using Firefox or Google Chrome Browser for the built in spell check if nothing else.

8. Never argue – it’s a permanent record (always use phone to settle disputes)
