028 – Survive A Short Sale
In this episode we welcome back Gregg Pechmann of Pechmann Coaching. Gregg and I have many things in common. We both like the NFL. We both think our wives and kids are awesome and we both have gone through short sales of our homes. Gregg just happens to do everything over the top and has gone through 7 short sales. In case you are wondering a short sale is when your mortgage company agrees to accept less than is owed on your home in order for you to sell it.
Gregg is nothing less than an expert on the subject of short sales. In this show he shares with us his eight point check list on what to do if you are faced with the daunting task of pulling one of these off.
